In assessing the various factors the school considers in hiring outside attorneys, including subject matter expertise, the article notes that the University works with Ms. Steinberg on a number of lawsuits.
Ms. Steinberg, a partner at the firm, concentrates her practice on representing employers and employees in a variety of employment matters, including workplace investigations, severance and separation negotiations, noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, and discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues. She has completed Title IX investigator training.
