J. Owen Todd, a partner in the firm, serves as a mediator and arbitrator in the resolution of civil disputes, including matters of product liability, environmental issues, complex commercial litigation, employment discrimination and harassment, patent and copyright claims, divorce, probate litigation, and personal injury claims. Mr. Todd was a Massachusetts Superior Court Judge from 1988 to 1992. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Boston, Massachusetts and American Bar Associations, a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, and President of the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. He has over a decade of alternative dispute resolution experience, having mediated and arbitrated over 500 cases.
