Jennifer A. Scully concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment law. As a former Massachusetts Assistant Attorney General, Ms. Scully has considerable experience in the courtroom, including arguing substantive motions in the Massachusetts district, superior and appellate courts.
Her experience in employment law is diverse. She advises employers on a variety of matters, including policies and handbooks, compliance with the Massachusetts Wage Act, termination of employees, and employment litigation defense. Ms. Scully also represents employees pursuing claims in a wide range of employment cases, including unpaid commissions, employment discrimination, and wrongful terminations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Scully worked at a major accounting firm advising multinational companies on legal entity restructuring decisions and intercompany pricing policies and agreements, while minimizing their audit risks.
