Benjamin J. Wish joined the firm as an associate in 2011. Mr. Wish concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and real estate disputes, and business torts. He also represents clients on a pro bono basis in the defense of their First Amendment rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Wish was an associate in the Commercial Litigation department of Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston. While at Goodwin Procter LLP, Mr. Wish represented clients in commercial, intellectual property, and environmental litigation.
Mr. Wish received his J.D. cum laude from Boston College School of Law and his B.A. cum laude from Bates College in Lewiston, ME. While at Boston College School of Law, Mr. Wish was the Executive Editor of the Environmental Affairs Law Review. He was also a lecturer in law in Boston College's Political Science department. He is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
