David H. Travers

David H. Travers concentrates his practice on construction and business litigation.  During his time in practice, Mr. Travers has handled numerous complex litigation matters for all members of the construction industry, including owners, design-builders, general contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.  Mr. Travers' experience representing members of the construction industry covers all areas of practice from contracting, contract review, bid protests and claim management to mechanic's lien actions,  sophisticated construction and design defect cases and contractual disputes. 

In addition to his construction practice, Mr. Travers has an active business litigation practice that includes, among other types of matters, shareholder disputes, employment claims, non-competition agreement litigation, commercial loan disputes, easement and real estate boundary disputes, legal malpractice claims, and property and business ownership disputes.

Mr. Travers is a 2006 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, where he was an editor of the Transnational Law Review.  Mr. Travers is a 2003 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Mr. Travers is a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
