Elizabeth Roberts joined the Domestic Relations practice at Todd & Weld LLP in fall 2008 after completing a judicial clerkship with the Massachusetts Probate & Family Court. During her clerkship, Ms. Roberts worked in Barnstable, Middlesex and Worcester counties.
Ms. Roberts is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A. 2001) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 2007). In addition, she has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts since 2007.
While at Suffolk, Ms. Roberts was named Distinguished Oral Advocate and participated in the Walter H. McLaughlin Oral Advocacy Competition (quarter-finalist), Second Year Trial Competition (semi-finalist) and Third Year Trial Competition (semi-finalist). Her activities included the National Women Law Students' Association, Career Development Office Student Advisory Committee, American Constitution Society and the National Lawyers Guild.
At Vanderbilt, Ms. Roberts was president and executive vice president of her sorority, Alpha Delta Pi; an executive board member of the Vanderbilt Prison Project; and an Alumni Class Officer. Ms. Roberts served as an Alumni Interviewer for Vanderbilt in recent years.
Her professional memberships include: Boston Bar Association; Massachusetts LGBTQ Bar Association; and Massachusetts Bar Association.
