David Meier and Melinda Thompson of Todd & Weld Obtain Dismissal of Charges for Doctor Before MBRM
David Meier, a partner with Todd & Weld LLP, together with Melinda L. Thompson, an associate with the firm, appeared before the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine on May 2, 2012, in defense of the firm's client, a medical professional.
Mr. Meier and Ms. Thompson filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, together with a Memorandum of Law in support of the Motion. After review and consultation, counsel for the Board of Registration recommended that the Complaint and Statement of Allegations be dismissed. The Magistrate Judge and the Board of Registration formally dismissed the charges on July 11, 2012.
