Class Settlement Over Hose Defect Nets $320M
Christopher Weld Jr. represented homeowners in six New England states whose property contained an allegedly defective radiant heating hose manufactured by Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co.
Mr. Weld achieved a $320 Million nationwide settlement against Goodyear. Seventy-five percent of the settlement was attributable to the New England class that Todd & Weld represented. View PDF
