Howard Cooper of Todd & Weld on Panel at Suffolk Law Sponsored by American Constitution Soc. & ACLU
Howard M. Cooper, a partner with Todd & Weld LLP, appeared on a panel on February 13, 2012, at Suffolk University Law School. The topic of discussion was Occupy Boston: The Rise of the Tent City and its First Amendment Implications. The panel was jointly sponsored by the Boston Chapter of the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy and the ACLU of Massachusetts.
Mr. Cooper, as Lead Counsel for the plaintiffs in the matter of Occupy Boston v. City of Boston, was joined on the panel by Noah McKenna, one of the plaintiffs, and William Sinnott, Corporation Counsel for the City of Boston. The panel was moderated by Martin Baron, Editor of The Boston Globe.
