David Meier of Todd & Weld Named to Criminal Justice Working Group
As reported in the E-newsletter of the Boston Bar Association, David Meier, a partner at Todd & Weld, will serve as the Boston Bar Association's liaison to a working group convened by the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, the Massachusetts Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, and the Massachusetts District Attorneys Association to look at a model policy for police procedures regarding eyewitness identification.
Mr. Meier previously co-chaired the BBA's Task Force on the Prevention of Wrongful Convictions.
